We utilize a variety of shipping services including FedEx, UPS or DHL and sometimes USPS to ship items within the US. We generally do not ship items to Post Office boxes and require a physicall address. Although, some of our smaller items (less than 13oz of total order weight) can be delivered to Post Office Boxes, but for the most part, we do not deliver to PO Boxes. So, please do not include a PO box as your delivery address as this will delay the processing of your order. We do not ship to APOs, FPOs or internationaly, please contact us for a shipping quote first, before placing these orders.
The flat shipping charges, or FREE shipping (if offered), only applies to shipments to continental US addresses only (Lower 48 States) and does not include shipping to Hawaii and Alaska. Contact us for shipping quotes to Hawaii and Alaska, as well as all international addresses. Also, most large items are shipped via frieght to protect the merchandise and may not be shippable to APO boxes.
Please allow between 7 to 15 working days for the delivery of your items (within the US) and up to 6 weeks for Canadian deliveries. Delivery time for custom made items may be longer.
Shipping & Handling includes delivery confirmation. Insurance optional at the discretion of the buyer.
Please report damage/missing within 10 days, if not we will be unable to send you parts. After 10 days the carrier no longer accepts claims.
Refund, Returns and Cancellation Policies:
We offer a 100% satisfaction guarantee on all of our products; if you are not happy with an item that you have received from us, we would like to first correct any issues that you may have before having you return the item to us. A refund will be issued only if we are unable to correct the issues. We will issue a refund for your entire purchaes less any shipping and handling charges. If you have simply changed your mind about something and want to return the item, contact us first and get an RMA number from us before returning that item. We will also provide you a shipping address to ship the item back to. DO NOT SHIP THE ITEM BACK TO WHERE IT CAME FROM, AS YOUR ITEM WILL GET LOST AND WE WILL NOT BE ABLE TO GIVE YOU ANY REFUNDS AT ALL. Once, you have the RMA number, you need to ship the item back to us (you will be responsible for paying the shipping charges to return the item to us). The item will need to be in its original condition, unopened, undamaged and unused in order to be accepted and qualify for a refund. Once the item has been received back at our warehouse, we will refund you your purchase price less any shipping charges that was initially paid to ship the item out. We also apply a 25% restocking fees on all returned items. If the item returned is not in the condition that it was shipped out, we will not be able to issue you a refund. Please ask all questions prior to placing your order.
If you are unsatisfied with your purchase due to item not being represented correctly, please notify us within 48 hours of the receipt of your item. You will receive a full refund of the purchase price, less any shipping charges and 25% restocking fees. If you were sent the wrong item, we will pick up the shipping charges for you to return the item back and we will ship you the correct item without any further charges to you. In all other cases, customers are responsible for paying the shipping charges to send the items back.

Q: Do you carry all of these items in stock?
A: We utilize a variety of ways to minimize our product costs. We carry some of the items that we sell, in our store, but some of the larger items will be shipped to you directly from the manufacturer to pass any savings on to you.
Q: Do you have all of these items all the times?
A: We try very hard to keep our site updated with the current status of an item. If an item goes out of stock, we try to update it as quickly as we can, although on some of the items that we dropship, we may not hear back from the manufacturer on time to update these items. Overall, if we think that we will not be able to ship your purchased item to you within a week to 10 days, we will inform you of the status of the product and when it will become availalbe and ask you to let us know if you wish to wait for it to come in or if you wish to cancel and get a refund. There will be no restocking fee in this case, as the item has not left our possession, and you will be refunded fully for your purchase.
Q: Do you ship to Hawaii, Alaska of Puerto Rico?
A: Yes we can. Although, our shipping rates are only for the lower 48 states. Shipping items to these destinations are considerably more expensive and a different shipping rate applies to these destinations. Our checkout system is smart enough to figure out the shipping rate based on your shipping address, but if you have any questions regarding a specific location, please feel free to email us for a shipping quote before placing your order.
Q: What is covered by your shipping charges to Canada?
A: Our shipping charges to Canada only cover the actual shipping (transportation) charges to your location. It does not cover any taxes or custom fees that are levied by the Canadian Government. The customer is responsible for paying these charges, to the carrier (UPS or FedEx) as they have to process your purchase through the Custom and other Government offices and pay for any applicable fees. This may be in the form of a COD charge from the carrier, when they deliver your items.
Q: Can you declare a lower value for a shipment to Canada so I pay less taxes and custom fees for the product?
A: ABSOLUTELY NOT. Please do not ask us to lower the value of your shipment as this is strictly against our company policy and we will not be able to do that.
Q: I live in Austin, Texas or close by. Can I pick up these items from your store in Austin?
A: Some of the items that we ship are available at our store in Austin for local Pickup. These items are specifically listed on our web site. Although, most of the larger items may or may not be available at our location as they usually get dropshipped to our customer from various locations in the country to our customer's location. If you wish to pick up any of these items from our store, these would have to be first delivered to us from the manufacturer and then you can pick it up. Although, when we do this, these items will incur a shipping charge and we will add the shipping charge to your final price. If you have a specific question in regard to an item, please let us know.
